Born Again Academy provides verification of training, practicum, certificate, and certification records for graduates and credential holders when requested by state agencies, certification boards, Medicaid programs, partner organizations, and other authorized reviewers.

Community-based Perinatal Support and Childbirth Education Course
Practicum (supervised field experience)
Community Perinatal Doula Certification
Perinatal Doula Associate certificate

Please include the applicant’s full name, date of training/certificate if known, which records from the above list you want verified, the name of the requesting agency or organization, and any deadline for response.
